Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and UK delivery typically takes around 7–15 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, starting from £1.10. See our Shipping Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal at checkout. Additional card payment options are being added soon.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes — prices include UK VAT where applicable. For orders of £135 or less, UK VAT is collected at checkout and no further import charges apply.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy (with a 14-day cooling-off period for EU/UK orders). Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy, or email contact_ok4u_uk@rrxs.xyz to start a return.
